Eduardo, you are correct, I thing customer service for any big company all
sucks in general.
I am waiting for the touch screen I order on Ebay and I will check into it.

Another update.
I order a touch screen on Ebay hopping it will solve my problem until I receive my new screen," in a word of the movie the Grinch" WRONGO lol.
THE COMPANY WHICH IS SELLING THIS PART ON EBAY CLAIM THAT IS A FIT FOR KORG PA4X BUT, IT DOESN'T FIT. RIBBON CABLE IS TO BIG.
