Gentlemen, I appreciate all of your feedback.
Don,
I definately will take a look at your recommendation. Thank you.

As far as the stand, I had this one before I bought the Korg and thought about a midi controller. However, I definately will take a look at a four legged stand. That would seem to fix my problem. I still have some time before I really need it.
Thanks to everyone.

To control parameters it primary is necessary to edit sounds and effects to tell them, what kind of controls to use for remote controls.

FCB1010 does not send special parameters for effects of Pa-Keyboards, but it allows changing values of MIDI-controllers continuosly.

Programming Expression Pedals as described in manual allows to use controllers (0-127) with full values or for those areas to be defined with completely opened/pressed downward pedal during programming it.

If one wants to use Midi-Controller to change soundparameter via AMS (Alternate Modulation Source) it depends if/how one assigned it in soundedit (amp-eg, filter-cutoff/-eg/-lfo, pan, pitch, pitch-EG, resonance).

If one wants using Midi-Controllers for effects it is necessary to select them as Dynamic Modulation sources for effects. Entries "Src" you find with "Dynamic Modulation Source" in effect edit section is to use with cc1, 2, 12, 13, 16-21, 65-67, 80-88 to be changed continously/remotely with units like expression-pedals.

How you set midi in Channels? to control or global on Korg ?
Can you control both sets of effects (FX A & FX B) ?

As described in Pa900 implementation chart control changes are "*1: Sent and received when MIDI Filters In and Out are set to Off in Global mode."

It makes no difference what kind of effect-section you use. Important is whether the intended/used effect is stored with settings to use control-messages for its modulation.

If you are not familiar with editing effects (or sounds) of your keyboard simple try to send controller-values with control-panel of midi-ox (monitor-program) via global-channel to test and hear what changed values are causing with your selected parameters.
