CV/gate for typical modular sequencing or option of CV/CV input to any parameter. Even hooked to the most basic eurorack system you can add another 2 LFOs or whatever to the Prologue engine with any destination ...great stuff!

Korg marketing likes that 'countdown ' gimmick.

FWIW, I circled Jan 18th on my calendar. [ NAMM is 1/22]
If I don't see the countdown blurb then the new super duper
w/s is not likely

Of course, a count down could be for anything they want to
promote.

Don't think so.

There would at least be some kind of hint or teasing going, if they had anything significant. And while the Minilogue XD and the two new Volcas are truly nice, they are definitely not, what Kronos or Grandstage or Prologue users are waiting for.

Not remotely...

Lets switch from super high end w/s for a minute.

I think most K owners want an OS that gives some features and a few improvements. I am def thirsty for that.

That 'should be' easier for Korg vs some new $3500 board.

It seems like many of my requests have the words 'should ' or ' should be'.

Feb 2017, was the last OS for Kronos. If nothing for us during Feb 2019, I will drop the word ' should ' from my vocabulary Very Happy

I like the sound of that too, just wish it had similar CV/Gate outs on it. There is the obvious CV pitch that could be sent, but it's always good to have more LFO's and Envelope available for those unused modulation inputs on various modules.

I just sold my Minilogue and ordered an XD. Too excited! They tell me the e.t.a. is mid-February. My first synth had a joystick too!

Korg Poly-800!

Woo-hoo!

Sorry...kinda excited.
