|
|
Hello,
One of my friend live stream to ask me that: After updating Next OS V3 for his Korg Pa4x (international), Updated was successful and re-start Pa4X and the Scale was wrong. He played Am but the Master Scale on his Pa4X's Shown Fm
Could you guys please show me why it's happened like this case.
Am has become Fm and he did not set the transpose button at all.
Thanks

Wouldn't know why - download the update again and fully re-install but without loading any personal data.
Check if the problem is there BEFORE loading any other SETs etc - make sure you fully complete the update as per the instruction manual - deleting all loaded samples first and also executing the factory restore - exactly as per the manual.
Very unlikely to be a bug as it would seriously affect everyone.....
Good luck
Let us know how you go

he facebooks live stream and shows me the update process is exactly the manual instructed.
- He did not load any of his personal SET into it yet, but the key was wrong already...he turned off the Pa4X, and turn on again, sometimes the scale Am is correct, sometimes play Am it becomes Fm..that's so weird. |

Can I please confirm - when you say "scale Am" do you simply mean "chord Am" or is this a "SubScale/QuarterTone" related issue?
Thanks
