Do you feel the Kronos digital effects compliment the analog’ness’ of the Moogs? I’m very interested in this! |

Too early to tell. The Moog Voyager works well in combi’s with timbres assigned to EXT and the appropriate bank and program selected. I’ve only applied delay to a couple lead parts I play on the Moog and they sound great. I mostly gig at casino’s and clubs so it’s not clear to me that a small difference in analog output would be missed. _________________ Kronos 2 88 SE, Hammond XK3C Pro, Neo Vent, Moog Voyager, Moog Model D, Yamaha C3, Radial KL-8, Shure PSM900, JHAudio Roxannes |

That’s cool; please let me know if you’re ever messing around further with the Kronos’ effects and the Voyager with your impressions. Thanks! |

These are my 10 cents. I bought the SE 2 weeks ago. Before I had Montage 7. The montage sound and interface is amazing but I cant manage the keybed so I sold it and got the Kronos SE. The first Se I received had a key noise issue I returned it, the second one gave me three time the "system startup failed" error. Now Im in communication with the store to see what is next. Im really worry about keep this keyboard. I like the Montage 8 but is extremely heavy for live gig. The kronos is a technology with almost 10 years, I paid $3500 for a old technology... I need some light here because I don't know is I made a good investment buying the kronos. |
