Missing Bowie

https://soundcloud.com/user-898236994/missing-bowiewav

David Bowie, a creative and bold songwriter/musician is one of the most influential of the 20th century,

This is my original instrumental tribute to his prolific career and in his memory. I composed and recorded this moody original on the Korg Kronos.

Peaceful Planet

https://soundcloud.com/user-898236994/praceful-planetwav

We wish for peace everywhere on our fragile planet. Peaceful Planet represents this wish, an original instrumental created on the Korg Kronos.

My instrumental resembles a musical style called world fusion as I used several middle eastern instruments on the recording.

Thanks for listening

Greg

Heart strings reflect our deepest feelings and affection.
This is my instrumental portraying our heart strings.
100% Kronos.

Warm Spring Day

https://soundcloud.com/user-898236994/warm-spring-day00wav

Ernest Hemingway wrote, "When spring came, there were no problems except where to be happiest.”

My original and eclectic instrumental portrays the arrival of spring .

All Songs are recorded hot, mixed to emphasize bass + drums.
100% Kronos.

Thanks

GregC

Non Artificial Intelligence.

My original instrumental is a sci fi cinematic electronica hybrid. My mixes are mostly 'hot', lots of bass, drums, treble. Thx for the listen.

100% Kronos.

Thanks !

Sunny Day Dance

https://soundcloud.com/user-898236994/sunny-day-dance02wav

I create/record my own multi track instrumentals. Sunny Day Dance is a ballad and has what I call a whimsical piano part. Song is retro, slightly pop and maybe a touch of country with the guitar work.

100% Kronos

Thanks for listening

I did this a few months ago and I had a ton of fun putting it together, all 100% on the Kronos.

Korg Kronos - "The No Can Do Project" ('I Can't Go for That' cover)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePOz8pprmqI

I found the isolated vocal track and I sampled the first two bars of the song's CR-78 drum beat. I sync'ed up the edited samples with the magic BPM value on the timeclock, and sequenced it all on the Kronos. The rest of the music parts I created on the Kronos mostly using the MS-20 and Polysix engines along with a couple of other presets. The video shows me playing all the parts minus the drums that I mixed in later in the track.

Daryl Hall and John Oats are amazing song writers! Their vocal track alone could carry the entire song.

I was very pleased with the results, I felt like I was their keyboard player/producer.

Enjoy!

The Last Song

https://soundcloud.com/user-898236994/risk-maker01wav

I have met my composing/recording goal of 60 original instrumentals in 2 years.

Song #60 is part cinematic, part electronica.

Plan to pursue other creative projects.

Thanks for listening to my SoundCloud the past 2 years.
