|

Does the Kronos have a way for a song to deleted from disk? Say I have 5 songs loaded to the sequencer. There doesn't seem to be a way to delete 'song 04', and then save the now four songs. Or, I can't open up the directory, load a blank "new song" to the song 04 spot, and then save.
One thing I have done is restarted the keyboard, load the only the songs I want, save those songs into a new directory, and then delete the original folder. Any ideas? |

I’m not at my Kronos right now, but I think there’s a initialize song command available from the drop down menu. Once the song is deleted, do a save all to disc before shutting down. _________________ Kronos2-61..(2) Triton Classic, Nord Stage 2, Previously owned lots of other gear dating back to the 70’s. |

some clarity
You can load or use up to 199 S00's for each "Song File"
If you have 4 S00's and want to only keep 3, and want to remove S004, go to edit track tab. Make sure you are on S004
See menu. Find ' clear all tracks'
ALWAYS save the Song file before/after making major changes. That way you always maintain your prior work. _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

On the main sequencer page, click the button in the top right-hand corner. Choose 'initialise song'. That will erase the song completely.
Remember to save once you decide to end your session. |
