Hi,
I want to use the OSIMO Songbook with a MUSIKANT.
I've loaded most of the styles of the International Version (or even all) as USER/FAVOURITE styles, so I could actually do something with the SONGBOOK "creations" of the OSIMO system, IF the stored style resources could be "converted to" the corresponding storage locations in the MUSIKANT incl. the USER and Favoitete entries.
Basically, I'm looking for a software or a corresponding Songbook editor extension, which makes it possible to work off a conversion matrix. Create a table with 2 columns: A - the locations in the International (with OSIMO) and B - corresponding storage places in the individual MUSIKANT. This table can be set for the factory sounds and must be maintained by the user for the favorites and user entries. At the push of a button, the software should then convert the songbook accordingly to the table and save converted songbook.
I've created the PA style Lister, but I worked out the info by byte comparisons in STY files. That's why I looked at the songbook file in the HEX Editor, but then gave it up.
Without knowledge of the structure of this file, it makes no sense.
So I ask the specialists: Does anyone have documents about the songbook structure.
The OSIMO people have only vaguely stated that they are working on a version for the MUSIKANT. That sounds like a long wait.
Best regards |
