Hello all good guys from this amazing site. I have one request. Does anybody have sound of Una Corda piano for Kronos (if it can make it). If you have it, it will be vey nice to share it with us, forum members. Thanks in advance.

All depends on what you are speaking about !!

If it's about Una Corda Pedal, the SGX-2 engine supports it (see p.402 Parameter Guide). You can access it by "Str Reso/Una Corda" tab. There is one Factory Sound using it : INT-A003 Berlin Una Corda Piano. The switch pedal can be set (in Global Mode) to MIDI CC #67, ans simulate Una Corda pedal with Berlin Piano for example or some other pianos.

I you are speaking of a specific third party Una Corda piano samples (like here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1LPxfoYNys ). I don't know if it exists.

for your reply. It is about your second example Una Corda piano samples, or custom made Una Corda sound for Kronos (maybe modified from some of the fabric pianos). Really appreciate your try to help me.

Hello,
Can someone give me suggestions, about what parameters to set or tweak (and values), to get piano sound, similar to Una Corda piano sound. Thanks in advance.

In a real piano, the effect of the Una Corda pedal can vary from subtle, to the point even an accomplished pianist can hardly tell the difference, to something slightly, but noticeably different. The effect varies to some extent between piano makes, and is affected by the age and wear of the felts. The Steinway grand Una Corda effect can be mimicked to some degree by using the piano EQ and reducing the High Gain setting by about 12dB. It will be more perceptible to young ears.
