Hello,

I'm new on Korg Pa4x. I like to know if it's possible on this machine insert original vocal from some group or singer (for example Paul McCartney)? This mean when I play a song in style or song mode and when I push some button on the machine then start to play a vocal of this group or singer.

Is this possible?

Yes, you can do this by importing wav samples of the sounds and creating a multisample assigned to specific key(s) and configured in a SOUND.

Of course, if you were thinking of having "Paul M" sing along with you then synchronising "him" with a style or drum track might present a problem unless the original was recorded at a locked BPM rate but if you just wanted to feature "him" by playing a wav sample then yes you can do that.

Recording any audio (in wav format) can be imported and used as a sample (multisample assigned to a SOUND)

What you can also do is play the Paul Mc track and use the vocal remove feature which will probably lower his vocal to a backing singer level and then you sing with him backing you.
