I want an electribe 2 not for performance to make music, if I export my project will I get each sound (kick, snare, chord etc) On a separate track so I can mix each track in logic. So far when I read about it, I see that you get each pattern it doesn’t specify each sound/track. A pattern with all the sounds on one stereo track is no good to me. Please let me know the answer it would be really helpful. Thanks |

Thank you, I don’t need the fx, Would have been a nice touch but thought they were aimed more at performance |

Hi all.
I just started looking into this myself, and was disappointed to find it breaks up all the parts into separate WAV files. The Export to Ableton was not much use either as I do not want to spend time rearranging the parts in Ableton.
So....I don't have a Audio interface and wondered if it is possible to 'record' each channel from the E2 directly to Ableton then export the mixed track as one WAV file, and maybe even export as a multi channel MIDI file too?
Is this possible? I've yet to find any YT tutorials yet but would appreciate your advice.
Thank you. |

With the export function it will make stem of 4 or less bar, depending on your pattern and it divide the pattern in Live scene. You don't have to rearrange anything.
You can't record each track individually but only the stereo output. There's not usb audio. |

Thanks Doctor!
I was convinced you might be able to record out using Audio over USB so pretty gutted that's not possible. Was hoping to record each part to a separate channel in something like FL Studio.
Back to the drawing board! |
