I am a little confused about the function of different CVs for the same style element. For instance, if there are cv1 & cv2 for intro 2 of a particular style. How does the keyboard know which cv to use if I press a chord, i.e. when will the cv1 be triggered? When will the cv2 be triggered? _________________ His Grace is sufficient!

I you go to the Style Record > Chord Table & Variation > Chord Table page, you gonna see a table what kind of Chord can be to which assign to which CV (chord variation).
On next page Chord Variation you see which CV is available in all Style.
Dimmed CVs are empty.
Chord Variation Style or Pad Element is midi track, means if you got 2 CVs, you got to midi track available to play.
Each CV play same sound, has same length, but notation can be complete different, which in Advanced Style programming give you better way to control what, how your Arranger plays.
With only 1 CV Korg still plays all chords, but is arranging automatically,... using more that 1 CV give you way to force Korg to play exactly what you want,.... especially with song dedicated styles. _________________ Nemik
