Is the Korg Pa3x better than the Pa700?
I'm in the process of buying the Korg Pa700 Oriental model, but I've found a few mint condition Korg Pa3x for sale at around the same price as the Pa700. My question is, should I get the Pa700 or the Pa3x?
I ask this because I will be combining a lot of Middle Eastern styles, so I need a keyboard that I can do this with without running out of ram and I've been told the Pa700 really doesn't have the same storage as the flagship models like Pa3x or Pa4x. I don't mind that the Pa3x's OS is still older compared to the Pa700 as long as I can load a lot of styles onto it.
Are there anything else I should know before buying the Pa3x? I know the Pa700 has the same system as the Pa1000 and Pa4x and I know all about the new features. I just need to know if it's a smart decision to go with the Pa3x. I had a Pa2x Pro before, even that didn't had enough ram.

Totally agree and it has a very stable OSPa3X has one of the better quality keybeds, so much nicer to play than the Pa700, Pa3X has after-touch and is high quality build

Thank you both for your inputs. I missed my chance and the seller sold his Pa3x already. But I did go ahead and ordered the Pa4x even though it is much more expensive. Thanks again.karmathanever wrote:Totally agree and it has a very stable OSPa3X has one of the better quality keybeds, so much nicer to play than the Pa700, Pa3X has after-touch and is high quality build

Thank you Pete. I was really tired of researching and deciding on which one of the keyboards to buy. I had the Pa700, Pa1000, Pa3x and Pa4x in mind but I just couldn't decide on which one to go with, so I said to myself you know what, you only live once, just get the latest model and enjoy it hahakarmathanever wrote:Congratulations, you now have the cake, the icing and the creamBut I did go ahead and ordered the Pa4x even though it is much more expensive. I'll get the keyboard in the next few weeks because unlike the regular models, the oriental ones doesn't ship much to the stores. I can't wait. I've already got a nice stand, case, PaAs speaker and even a nice overall thin vinyl mask for it that will cover the entire keyboard except the keybed.
