I am unable to upgrade the OS in my PA 600, It has OS 1.2 dtd 2014. When I press the intro 1 and switch on the power, Display shows system update, but calibirate from Global doesnt come and it doesnt move further. How to resolve this problem, Kindly reply

Can you upload a photo or video of what it is showing on screen ?
If they keyboard works ok except from update mode it ll be extremely strange _________________ ~~~The best keyboard for any player is the one that fits his/her needs!~~~

Dear sir, thanks for your prompt reply, I sending the photo thro the above URL. Hope you will be in a position to open and view it.
The first photo displays as to how the system is getting hung, it doesnt take you to the next step ie, calibrate page.
IInd photo shows that when I try to restore Factory restore, I get this msg stating that back up file is damaged hence restore is getting interrupted.
Other wise the instrument is working , I would like to know whether the corrupt back up file is preventing the update and if so how to resolve it.

Hello,
Seems like the emmc (memory) on the cpu board got somehow faulty...
It may be repairable but most probably you will have to change the cpu board..
Ask the korg distributor to be 100% sure but i m 99% sure that they do consider cpu boards not repairable as even the service manual doesn't have the schematics of it.

Thanks for your prompt reply to my query. I live in Chennai India. Right now the keyboard functions are working. except for this problem which I have mentioned
