Hi everyone,
Just ordered an EK-50, which I expect within a few days. Looks like a very good value for its price, and it will help me wet my feet - again - with keyboards. As I am almost 62, and with COVID looming, I mostly plan to play at home:
Either one man band type, with voicing help from my wife,
Or trying multitrack, using my Mac, with extra tracks from playing guitar (I have also a TC-Helicon Harmony pedal to go with it) and playing saxophone. I have a 'real' alto sax, but I am also the proud owner of a mint and exceptional midi wind controller (Yamaha wx7) coupled with a VL70-m expander.
I Like jazz, pre-y2k rock and French songs, and I am eager to test the EK on these styles.
I hope someone will develop an affordable style/sound librarian for the keyboard (although built-in should keep me busy for some time )
Regards from Paris !
