Hi everyone,
I've got a volca keys that recently stopped to mute when I plug an audio output such as headset or a mixer. Which is really annoying. I did a firmware update to the latest 1.3 but does not solve anything.
Anybody would have a hint to solve that ?
Thanks |

Seems like an issue with the headphones jack. There's a contact inside it that interrupts a circuit when you insert the plug and disables the speaker output. It may be jammed, or some kind of foreign object (dirt) may be preventing it from working right. |

Makes sense, thanks. I'll try to clean it up with some compressed air. |
