|
|
2 problems I have with V3.0:
a. Styles are showing all wrong in the program. They show correct on the pa1000 but incorrect on the songbook editor program
b. all major keys are blank. Only minor keys are showing in the editor program
One additional question: I believe that I saved everything as a .set on a memory stick but I have sooooo much valuable info that I can't take a chance.
On my pa300 I saved to a memory stick but did not save to the internal memory first and I lost most of my stuff.
Any such precautions to take with the pa1000?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Cannot comment on your Songbook issue other than do select the correct PA model in the Menu.
You need to generate two files
1-a Bacup
2-a SaveAll
It is the SaveAll that is the one that matters, it is this file that has all the User Data. When you make any changes to your PA do generate a SaveAll before you shutdown the PA.
When you update the OS it will wipe all User Data and once the update is complete I tended to shutdown my PA then restart it.
If all was OK it is then a case of Media > Load, select the most recent SaveAll and allow it to load and you should then be OK.
I have lost track of the number of times I have posted about generating a SaveAll file. _________________ Biggles
