|
|
Hi,
I having trouble to get the chord pads to work in some combinations.
When i use a blank combination, the pads are working just fine!
I have bought the Africa - Toto patch , it is working just fine.
I have made a new combination but whatever I do, the chord pads are not working. I can program them but they just dont play the chord or make a sound at all. Not when i use the pads on the touchscreen and not when I use the Nanopad 2.
I guess there has to be a setting that i miss but i can't find out which or why!
Please, help me in the right direction.
Thanx,
Adri |

make sure " enable pad play ' is activated or lit up. [ by pressing it ]
you can copy paste the chords pads to where ever.
also make sure you are on the correct midi channel, such as 1 _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

Hi Greg,
the button enable pad play is lit up
I have tried to copy chord pads but that even does no work in some combinations. It's greyed out
It is on the right midi channel for sure |

Hi, Try keeping the Karma lamp or light on
Otherwise, I can only guess at whats going on until you are more specific such as what Combi and what chord Pad from the other Combi you are copying to or from.
My wild guess is that 01G or a Global midi channel is the issue. IOW, its a midi thing _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

Thank you Greg!
I got it working now.
The Global channel was set to channel 1
When i initialized a new combination, the pads were working.
But when i put more instruments in that combi that all has to play through channel 1, there it went wrong.
I set the Global midi channel to 16 and now everything works just fine
Thanks again!
Greetings,
Adri |
