I cannot download anything from the Korg website

its notoriously glitchy.

Suggest you email Korg USA support. They might be unaware.

I noticed that it is very slow. Try using it with FireFox instead.

Be patient as it takes a while to load the pages - their server must be inundate or problematic.

Downloads do work for me, but I have to wait MINUTES to allow the page to finish loading.

The Korg shop website has been slow for years! It's just taken around 2 minutes downloading something, mostly at 8Mbps, probably preloading all the demos for the sound packages, although even playing these causes a brief spike in the download rate.

It seems a hugely inefficient way to code a website, even in these days when many have the benefit of high speed internet (though not everyone!!).

The support site is also slower than it really should be!
