|
|
I'm sequencing on a Roland MV8000. Triton is my controller keyboard (local off). I'm in the PROG mode of the Triton. Triton is running on its internal clock.
If I use the Triton arpeggiator, all that gets sent out and recorded as MIDI on the MV8000 are the actual notes I hold down and the control changes for the arp.
This is fine if I'm routing the MIDI back to the Triton to generate sounds but it doesn't work at all if I'm routing the MIDI to another sound module.
How can I get all the MIDI notes generated by the arp to be sent out as MIDI to an external device?
Many thanks for any advice you can offer. |

Try turning the Triton Local Control setting to On. If the MV8000 MIDI Out is connected to thye Triton's MIDI In, ensure that the Echo Back setting on the MV8000 is turned off.
