Hi all,

I just got an SV-1. When I connected the keyboard to the PA, I notice the output was louder on the right channel, on every sound.

I thought it could have been a faulty cable or input on the mixer but after several tests, I'm sure the problem is in the output of the SV-1. It does the same on the XLR outs.
Then I connected a headphone direct to the keyboard and it's the same.

Since it affects ALL the outputs, headphone included, it could be a software problem like the out is pan potted to the right.

So I restored the keyboard to the factory settings, updated to the latest OS, also tried with the editor, hoping it could have solved acting on some wrong parameter.
No luck, unfortunately.

Is there someone having the same issue? If yes, how can it be solved?
