Messed around with my PA4X this morning but cannot get it to do that!
It might be worth a backup and re-load of the OS (also a complete power off - not just standby)

Issue seems to be settings of talk mode and level.
If you choosed "Auto" checkbox for AutoTalkOver than talkOver will be automatically engaged when the Arranger or Players are stopped.
This way, you can talk to the audience between two songs, without the need to touch the TalkOver On/Off button.
If your Background Music Level control is set to 0%, the volume of all your sounds (Keyboard, Style, Player, Pad…) will be reduced when TalkOver
is engaged (whereas 100% corresponds to no level reduction). _________________ kind regards
