Octave down button problem

Hi Folks!

Since a few weeks I m encountering an annoying problem:

The octave down button will not work as it should! Following boot up it will not work when I pressed octave up! The key range remains at the high level (led up blinking).

May be a thermal effect, after a while the oct down button starts to work correctly. Strange!

Any thoughts? The german support suggested to perform a reset. So done > no effect!
Had anybody similar problems?
