I bought one card and I try to format, both NTFS and ex-fat doesnt work. The card is not shown in file menu.

What is supposed to do more?

Download Rufus. Format it in Fat32, then put it in the Korg Pa5x slot from the back. Go to the File menu, then format the card from the menu on the Pa5x itself.
