|
|
I looked into synchronizing the tempo between my nautilus (master) and a kronos (slave) today. Sorry if the terminology is not correct.
I want to play a combi on the nautilus that has a drum beat, and play a program on the kronos, that also has a beat to it, and I want the two to match.
There is probably more than one way to do this but I have not a clue.
I suspect it might invlove a midi cable from the midi out on the nautilus to the midi in on the kronos, and some sort of global tempo clock synchronizing input setting...
I dont remember seeing a video for this and the tempo synchronization in the effect guide just isn't what I thought it was.
Pointers? |

Yes, you want to send MIDI Clock from the Nautilus to the Kronos. So running a MIDI Cable as you suggested is the first step.
Then, in Kronos Global > MIDI > MIDI Clock, set it to External MIDI (or Auto MIDI). _________________ Stephen Kay - KARMA Developer • Karma-Lab - karma-lab.com

Hey Stephen! Nice to run into you again.
Yes, I guess I do want to send the midi clock ! How did you know?
...I didn't !
Thanks.
I suppose the same would go for kronos or nautilus > M50 .
Thanks again! |
