|
|
Prefacing this-the pedal works electronically, I tested it through its range with a multimeter-and i see expected resistance changes as it should. I have all the correct settings in the M3 in order to have the half-pedal functioning with for example the 4-layer expanded acoustic piano, for the program and for global settings, but it definitely is not producing the half-pedal effect, only completely off or on for sustain, and even after repeatedly performing the pedal calibration function. Could this be caused by my Korg SP-500 which I am using as the controller for the module alhough that would make no sense. I do not have the stock M3 keyboard. I have tried 2 ways-with the DH-1 plugged directly into the sustain pedal input on the module, and the sustain pedal input into the Korg SP-500. Neither works, and I do not believe the SP-500 supports half pedaling on it's own, but shouldn't half-pedaling still work with the DH-1 plugged into the M3 module sustain jack? I've had to do alot of restore on this-new master volume control, new LCD and touchscreen, repaired tempo pot so I know all connections and boards look fine including this jack and i am on the newest OS Ver. 2.0.5 Thanks to anyone for help. |
