The Austrian Piano Expansion on the Korg Kronos was my favorite piano sound. I was really glad that they added this piano also to the pa5x, but I was disappointed that they didn't create austrian piano presets for that in the pa5x (there are only 2 sound presets for that, a full version and a dry version.)
So I spent some time creating those presets myself and it's so great that i have a lot of austrian piano sound colors now on the pa5x.
What is your favorite piano model now on the pa5x?
- Austrian, Japanese, German or the Italian piano model?

If i'm going to share them (but i don't know if i will, then it will be on my facebook page), but for now I'm more focusing on sharing the knowledge how to do things,
so I think it's indeed a good idea to show a couple of the piano keyboard sets i created (there are really different then the factory ones) and do a tutorial about how to create those kind of piano flavors yourself.

- how to use insert effects
- how to use master effects
- EQ basics (very important topic)
- track controls - Sound edit mode
- how to combine sounds and what works and what won't work
- how to avoid sound masking (especially with strings overpowering certain Piano frequencies)
I can't explain all piano types in a tutorial, that would take way to much time and people don't watch long tutorials, so it would be helpful for me if you could tell me what type of piano's you prefer.
I have always wanted on the arrangers the George Shearing piano sound Yamahas do this good because, they have better ensemble settings
so try to create the mellow dated piano sound

I’m into classical piano types, probably bright or dark.

I like a piano with a wide dynamic range, which has a round sound when played softly and which has a solid hard bass and ringing treble when played more forcefully. But it's too late tomorrow, tomorrow my kids start a national keyboard competition, which two of my kids have advanced to. But I've treated the Pa5X pretty well, it's more the Kronos that worries me. Some modern things unusual things.
I lost so many close friends, and I am in a time for sad and deep things at the moment.
for this i can highly recomment my reverb tutorial for the korg wavestate. In this tutorial i create an ambient piano with the OVERB effect, which is also available in the korg pa5x, I give a lot of tricks of how to program the Overb effect to create those atmospheric piano sounds in this video, and even though it's for the wavestate, It is exactly the same Overb on the Pa5x.
And the good part of this is, that if you apply these tricks to the Pa5x the piano will sound a lot better then in the wavestate because we have much higher quality piano samples in the pa5x.

It would be way to much time for a single tutorial..
