Maybe Somebody at Korg forgot to Finish the VOCODER-CONFIGURING ?
You have to Re-Configure it yourself ...........Manually
And then save it somewhere...................... Very-Interesting

that is not true, Korg didn't forgot anything in this case.

Basically the only thing you have to do is to one time muting the direct input of your mic (like in any vocoder or vocal processing unit) and then de-activate the new vocal processor unit (or enable it whenever you want to hear your voice in a normal way).

The configuration and internal vocoding routings are done correctly by korg.
And you don't have to save anything manually if you don't want to.

So it's 9 steps because I know that some of the people in the Pa5x community have no clue how the pa5x works. So that's why I mention every button press so that everyone can achieve this on their pa5x.

But for people that do know how the pa5x works, then the instructions: mute your mic realtime input in the settings and disable the micFX when you want to use the vocoder should be enough to get it to work.

Actually I do have one small pet peeve with the vocorder on the PA5X now..

The sustain pedal doesn't sustain vocorder ... unlike the Kronos which does.

An example of what I would like to do is a nice dramatic effect whereby you hold a chord with sustain pedal WITHOUT vocalising (so you don't hear anothing), and then do a sudden crescendo with the voice into the chord (leaving the hands free to coordinate that crescendo with, say, a drop on a loopstation into a dramatic climax...)

I need 3 hands to do this with the PA5X ... LOL

Side note:

No idea why Korg decided to put the vocorders in the "Arranger" mode only and not "Workstation" mode (edit -> instruments), and under the Strings KS instead of Synth ... but oh well..

Maybe I'm ignorant, but what is the significance of all the video clips that have sprung up recently in many postings?

if you are using an addblocker, then it's easy to remove the website advertisements from members signatures in forums.

I do this too, I use addblock plus for this, then just hit the image you want to remove and select add to blacklist. Then you will never see it again. You can also put the complete domain to your blacklist for that user signature, but then you can never visit that domain anymore if you want that. So in most cases adding the animated advertisement gif in the signature to your blacklist is enough to make it a clear forum again.

But not many people are using animated large gifs in their signatures, so it's easy to solve this way.

Yes, many of user this forum has own website and don't post BS ads.
If you can't control your signature, you shouldn't post there.
Is annoying and I am very surprise MODERATORS didn't do anything about yet.
This forum is about knowledge, about learn Korg keyboards, not about to see BS adds !!!

P.S.I did just review your previous post, somehow most of them is removed, wonder why?
PLEASE keep this forum clean !!!
