|

I've got myself an SV2 which I love but I don't love the damper sound on the sustain pedal with the pianos. I think it's far too loud and would like to be able to turn it down.
In a thread on here about the SV1 someone says,
"...you can turn down the "Rx Noise" by pressing the "Function" button, and adjusting the "Bass" knob in the equalizer section (the Bass light should be flashing), then pressing "Function" again.
You can then save the updated sound in one of the presets by pressing and holding the preset button until it flashes, and pressing again to confirm."
This is also in the SV1 manual on page 31.
I can't find any reference to it in the SV2 manual and doing what is listed above does not reduce or remove the sound.
Can anyone help? |

I found the answer to my problem.
The solution is like that of the SV1 but rather than adjusting the Bass know in the equaliser section you adjust the Mid control.
You can't remove the damper sound completely but you can minimise in considerably. |
