Im telling you guys. the support people at korg are horrible. Any of those specific questions ive asked here cant even be answered by them. Its obvious that they dont even read your whole email question. they read just enough that they think they can just show you the pages to read in the operation guide. no. no way. that guide cannot answer specific questions when things err. useless customer service for in depth questions. just venting.

I've gotten good support for my Kronos from Sweetwater, even though I didn't buy my Kronos from them. I've bought a lot of other stuff from them over the years, and their "sales engineers" are pretty knowledgeable and helpful.
