Has anyone removed the wooden side cheeks?
My Pa5x76 is approx 40mm wider than my Pa4x.
I reckon if I removed the end cheeks, and replaced them with something thinner, I could use my existing case.

If you like the wooden cheeks (I do), might it be worth taking them to a cabinetmaker to plane them down nicely - enough to get your board into its case? Planing down the inside surfaces won't mar the outer finish.
