Hi,

I have my new Nautilus 61 for a few days now and bought 2 sound packs from the Korg Shop (EXs85 Classical Nylon Guitar and EXs24 Rev. Dim. Cello).
First I loaded the "Cello" and was totally thrilled with the sound quality. Then I loaded the "guitar" - just as great.

Unfortunately, after loading the "Guitar" the "Cello" is no longer available - and vice versa - whenever I load one of the packs the other sound pack is gone/overwritten. Apparently both packs use the same default memory banks (t).

I learned that there is a way to load sounds into specific banks. Sounds like the solution, however I encountered the next problem:

The selection field "to", which leads to selectable destination banks, is only visible, if I don't select "All" in the "From" field. But when choosing a specific source bank in the "From" field, I am always shown "No readable data" when I try to load. I can only avoid this by keeping"All" in the "From" field,
which in turn means that I can't select "to", so that the loaded sounds always end up in the same default bank and erase any existing data.

I am now completely at a loss, also because some factory sounds are no longer there due to repeated attempts.
The sound quality is so good - but the file management seems to be quite complicated (maybe because it's quite old from the Kronos.)

If anyone has a tip on what the solution is, I'd be very grateful!!!

Cheers
Tom

Hi Tom,
Do you have other custom programs in your Nautilus?
If not, will make a special PCG to match both sound packs and will send on the mail. Please contact me on contact@danstesco.ro

Thanks Dan! That's incdredibly kind of you. However, I have decided to return the Nautilus to the dealer within the 30 days free return period. It's already on the way back to the dealer. I just did not feel confident about it.

But thanks again for your kind offer!

Best wishes
Tom
