ASM Hydra synth could be a nice experience on the budget.

Modal Cobalt 8x chip virtual Analog, Looking great sound nice.

With little more money UB-Xa, Oberheim Emulation from Beringer. Is pure analog, I admit is not 100% OB-xa but deserve the price.
