|
|
Lately I hear an intermittent, definite "chirp" that comes from the left channel when the accompaniment is playing. Very odd.
It seems to be to the left out in stereo "space", about 6 feet to my left, not directly at the speaker, so I think it is in the stereo field.
It sounds almost exactly like the sound a ceiling smoke alarm makes when it needs a new battery. And NO, there is no smoke alarm on the ceiling in the room. It only happens when playing the accompaniment. And even then it comes and goes. Went a few months without it and now it is back. Very strange.
I wonder if anyone else had been having that happen on their PA4X? _________________ Synth song of mine: https://www.reverbnation.com/glenngalen/song/21469847-searching-and-believing-synth-beat

Does this happen when using headphones or a different amp/speaker system?

I use a hearing aid in my left ear, and it chirps occasionally when I am using head phones. I cannot say that I have heard what you are hearing. _________________ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=807494
