Ordered mine yesterday so I hope it will arrive soon. I was drewling on the korg website over some pictures, when I noticed a sort of break-away plastic ring on the front of the unit.
Anybody has any idea what this is for?

the only things on the front are, from left to right, the gate arpeggiator button, the headphone jack, and the phone volume wheel. so I guess it's one of these? |

I have the Triton Studio and that's all I use, but I feel since I'm using a keyboard for all input that I'm limited somewhat on how well I can fly up and down the keyboard. I wonder if something like this would let me add some leads and bass lines to my pieces that could not come out of my piano playing background and lend a more electronic futuristic style to what I do. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

It's the gate arp button
Great addition to my setup! Easy, fun, fast and very nice quality! Only poor drum sounds though... |
