|
|
Where would be a good place to buy downloadable software synths? I've tried looking around, but a lot of it is "free" and most of these seem to be riddled with spyware, etc.
I'm willing to pay for something I can trust. I want something I can download off of the internet that will turn my PC into a noise making toy.
Thanks for your help! |

u-he make great softsynths and they make the most accurate emulation of the mini moog and jupiter 8.
Hans Zimmer used u-he zebra for the last two bat man movies. Theirs alot of third party preset packs for their synths to cover any kind of music. No DRM just serials and you can demo them. They are protected by melting GUI if you hack them.
All you need to run softsynths is a DAW and midi controller I hear some people use a hardware synth to play them. |

Get an Ipad and download a ton of excellent synths for the price of just one good vst. A used Ipad 3 would do the trick and give you more fun than u could possibly believe. |

Cost is a factor for me, so I will investigate this. |
