i think it's gone now...
i went into BIOS editor and disabled mobo's sound card
the mobo is Foxconn WinFast 6150BKMC

Yeah, I didn't thought about disabling integreated audio from the BIOS...

ahh..
i guess i spoke too soon
I disabled the integraded audio in BIOS: slight improvement
tried using onboard audio: same/a little worse results
tried different Asio drivers: even worse results
when this happens CPU is about 20% in use, like usual...
there were times that CPU went to 100% and all the audio and everything got "stuck", don't know why it jumped to 100% , happend few times....but that's different
but anyway, at least it works better now...
