Wow! So you are using a full orchestra. Impressive. Don't know if I can help you but I'll try and think of something. No promises though. It sounds to me like you are already beyond me. _________________ If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!

It seems to me that the solution you require means assembling your own drum kit, which you can do, but it takes time.
Also, it is not because you have selected the Orchestral kit that you have to stick with it. If for X bars you need something from another kit, just insert a program change message to select that kit, then return to the Orchestral kit when required.
There are also non GM kits that can provide the sound you require. Again, the same bank/sound selection method applies, only with different control 0, 32 and prog chg values (as per the pages of the parameter guide mentioned above). |
