If you only knew the incalculable value of the file you'd be having in hands... Thanks for the offer though.
There's nothing wrong with the file, just with the way kronos reacts to it.
Same results were obtained on a different Kronos.
To answer a previous question, by another user, I'm on 1.6, but I'm not sure there could be (even more) issues by downgrading (does it flash the ROM, the upgrade?).
To save time I'm now working around the issues (not many, not fatal, but time consuming) with external gear until the issues get sorted, I'm not wasting any more effort, although Kronos is heavily used simply, with little or no issues, as one of my sound sources.
