Hi there - Prior to saving my files, something I do each time I update songs or create samples, I clicked on the CD audio tab and didn't touch anything else. However, as of that moment in Disk mode, the Save, Delete and other options in Save and Utility are all grayed out. This has never happened before. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve it?
Thanks!

Does this behaviour persist after power cycling the Kronos? Is there a CD drive connected to the Kronos?

It's necessary to select something (file or directory) for the options to become available. Is the Drive Select set to HDD: Internal HDD?

.

Is for saving the right drive selected in the screen at the bottom? Maybe for some reason it points to the DVD drive instead of the SSD?

It could also simply be caused by a protected directory or files. If you see a lock symbol, it is protected and you first need to unlock the protected stuff.
