Hello,

I just bought this keyboard used (but in excellent cosmetic condition, no dust, scratch, grease or anything else).

I find that some noise( from sort of electronics calculations) sounds very loud, it reminds me a cheap sound card. Thus that signal ratio makes the piano recording very difficult, even impossible!

Is that piano who's defective or they are all like that?

I do not know where to look, anyone has a suggestion?

thanks

The description of the problem is not very clear. Where is the noise coming from? Is it audible from the top of the casing with the volume turned down, or with a jack plug in the headphone socket, or is it coming through some sort of amplification system, or are you recording to computer via a sound card interface?
