I need help.
My Pa4X began to misbehave.
They do not work function than at the beginning.
I need to reinstall the operating system.
Somewhere not be found.
Factory restore ineffective.
I need to reinstall the system. Otherwise Pa4X must return to the store to complain.

I am very sad.

Hi korgpask

Please re-post your thread above in the new sticky topic above - please also explain this problem in detail - you haven't told us yet what the "misbehaviour" is.

I wrote a personal message Paolo @

He received the answer, we have to be patient and wait. The error-handling work.

We have to wait for the new O.S.

Don't suppose that Paola said anything re how long it was going to take to get this keyboard to a point where i can actually use it in a live gig?.
Why Korg do you do this?, yes i want to buy your product as soon as possible, but it should be with the basic working OS where major flaws in software I believe would have been known about before delivery and during the manufacturing period were fixed.

OK I've learnt my lesson, don't buy anything until it's right, trouble is if everyone does this, you wont sell many products until the next cycle comes around.

Paolo answered me:
I send Pa4X for service.
Korg has undergone many tests and expert know why it is wrong.
I have my Korg Pa4X sent in for service.

It's on his way to the service.
The result I will inform you.
Then we will know whether it is bad software or hardware.

Still being serviced? This is a long time to be without your instrument.

I greet all. My Korg Pa4X was replaced with a new piece.
Now I have to update to OS 1.1.0.
I'm going to test.

I regret that the volume or change the function of style.

In photo 3 - that's how Pa4x should look at first place, they shouldn't change this at all.

Photo 3 is a wish for new OS for Korg pa4x ,and must be drawn so KORG could understand it correctly, otherwise, they might not understand what we ,customers, asked-wanted. Sad
