Yes this is why I love them, I also love the PA4X and if it had this feature it would be a great thing. I have only recently started playing the Korg and I took a great lot of persuading to go for one and the fact you had to load styles onto the PA3X before you could audition them and you could not do the same thing with Registrations that you could with the Yamaha held me back from going down the Korg road, I think quite a lot of people I have spoken to feel a very similar way and I feel, obviously only my personal view, more people would go to Korg if it's OS allowed this more flexible approach and ease of setting up and ability to take their own settings and Registrations and use it on any keyboard of the same model keep people from moving from Yamaha. I had a Technics organ many years ago and on that you could save Registrations onto a Floppy Disc and use it in another organ of the same model. So it's not just Yamaha who have this feature. _________________ Genos PA4X-76 |

Hi Pete, yes I did have the PA3X-76 prior to the 4 and I personally could not detect any difference, but I am no expert. _________________ Genos PA4X-76 |
