I will receive my new Pa4x end of this month will it arrive with the latest up.dates?

It is totally irrelevant. If you do not have latest OS installed in Pa4x, you can donwnload it from
http://www.korg.com/us/support/download/software/0/516/2634/

and install it by yourself.It is easy. Instructions are present with OS file,in PDF format.
