If the HD is in the drop down list then try and format it "Format" tab.
If there is no HD at all in the drop down list then get it back to the retailer unless it is a PA4X-61 !!!!
Cheers

If you are on old OS try updating to the newest one just in case it is a bug!
Do you have the 76 or 61keys pa4x? |

By default there is no HD in a PA4X-61 (or have you installed one since purchase?)
Sorry - may have misunderstood - just trying to figure out which "drive" you are having problems with...

as you have 61keys you either installed it by yourself ot you mean the internal 1gb memory!
Try installing latest os (or reinstalling if you already have it) as i suggested before.
if you have installed and hdd you can take it out, remove it from the 'case' and put it in a pc to backup your sets.
if it is internal memory then if the update doesn't work you have no public known sollutions.. |

hmnyusa , By default Factory Pa4X 61-keybed , does not include any USB-HD and the HD reference is always a small "partition"
of 1 Gb on board Nand Ram , so if you haven't installed any extra HD then system can't find this Nand Ram section and
if this issue can't be recovered by latest OS & "unpublished" factory reset-restore then you have to use your warranty option
and visit official service ! _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
