I'm still liking the ES2, but the amount of workarounds I have to come up with to do the things I want is giving my brain a real workout. Probably moreso than regularly doing Sudoku or crossword puzzles. I wouldn't be surprised if researchers in the future find that E2 and ES2 owners have lower incidence of cognitive decline as they age!

A3000 by any chance? Ahhhh... fond memories. Took some learning though.

Ah! We have a connoisseur here. :teklab: :bzone:
Worst SCSI, proprietary filesystem, UI and push knobs ever, but damn good filters, pitch shifting and synthesis.

And they say the TX16W was even worse. Laughing

Got my mint A3kv2 all pimped up with Gotek USB floppy emulator and internal 8GB scsi2sd adapter lately.

Still didn't have the courage to start migrating my datas, and lurking at dead cheap E-MU Ultra series instead.

Uggh.. I had a TX16W and it was a nightmare of button pushing to do even the simplest things. I'm sure that whoever designed it weren't musicians and may not have even been carbon-based life forms.
