I was one of the first guys who posted about the novation circuit here. I was really excited with the workflow of the NC etc but the two synth track albeit powerful (20 matrix pars) does not cut it for me. The biggest Fckup that Novation did is the ONLINE-SAMPLE-EXCHANGE ... You need to be connected to internet to save your sessions or exchange samples yuck yuck yuck ....
So some 2 years latter with E2:
... cannot touch the flexibility of E2 ... When you look at some of THE “better” youtube channels using E2 you will find ANY genre music done with the E2. With the firmware 2.x everything got a bit smoother...so yes my favorite out of my 3 ones: JD-xi, Novation Circuit and E2. |
