Hi fellas,
Just posted this question on the Zoom forum. Some were nice enough to respond.
I just purchased a Macbook pro. I'm mainly going to use Omni 2. It has Logic pro and Abelton Live DAWs.
I wanted to record using the Mac connected to the Zoom r24 because the R24 can be used as an audio interface besides being a recorder.
I don't know if I should use an Apogee Duet as an interface between the Mac and the R24.
There are so many interfaces, but the quality of sound is reportedly more noticeable at around the $500 range. Omni is beautiful! and I want to get the most from it.
Thanks Frank

I don't have omni or the zoom but I did just get a new audio interface, Audio Zen tour a bit over 1k, but currently there is 10% off. It s incredible. If your just looking for a great interface I would check it out. Sorry I could't help any more then this suggestion.
