Hello,

Got an Electric 2 last week, ex demo, sadly I can't get the midi to work at all, it won't sync with any hardware or software, faulty adapters? Sync's with USB. So sending it back and getting a new machine as replacement (and covering cost differences)

I run a factory restore when I got it, and it's running on an old firmware i gather, the filter resets back to 0 and lower numbers and don't respond very well, I guess a newer firmware fixes that?

I've transferred my patterns I've made onto an external card, will they transfer okay onto the new machine with a updated firmware?

Just want to make sure my patterns will be okay, as got some tunes in progress.
