Since the minilogue has four independent voices (each with two VCOs, VCF, EGs, etc), is there any technical reason why you couldn't have completely different settings for each of the four voices that would be stacked together in unison mode?

I don't own a minilogue (yet), but by reading the manual and watching videos, it doesn't seem to be possible. I can't however see why it wouldn't technically be possible by implementing the feature in the minilogue's software. Or is there anything preventing it?

What does the unison mode currently do, other than detuning the voices? Phase delay? Whatever it does, it seems to be well less than it could potentially be capable of with no hardware changes at all.
